eh i doubt it the shinobi world create so many new techniwues over the years nto to mention the fire element wasnt even used back then it was uchiha who created it
yes he created ninjutsu and all tht but he did not create every single one of them

rasengan, chidori, any fire techniques are just a tiny few techniques created by random ninja

so im going to say no he wouldnt have alot more ninjutsu at his disposal he might have more chakra yet we havnt heard of him having more than a tailed beast without the juubi all your doing is guessing thte he has tht stuff

but i will agree with you on one thing Rihari we infact do not know anything about the sage of six paths except he was rumored to be the father of the ninja world ,he was the ten tails Jinchuuriki and he possibly created the moon ( which to me seems more myth then anything) but Madara and Naruto are far from the strongest.
