Who is the strongest sannin?

They all balance each other out but if I had to chose I'm gonna say Jiraiya, Orochimaru may have Edo tensei but it's really impractical in a sudden confrontation, he is not going to have two bodies for sacrifice just laying around and without his trump card he has nothing that gives him a definitive edge on jiraiya.
