Who is the strongest person Guy can solo in his 8th gate?

Seriously who is strongest person he can defeat? Do you think he's stronger than Kakashi, SM Naruto and Itachi? Or is he on a much lower level. Don't forget Guy in his 8th gate is above Kage level, Guy will also die after he enters his 8th gate but who would he be able to defeat in the process.

He defeats kakashi at 8 gates and sm naruto at 7 gates.
