Good listing, but I think Itachi is better than kabuto, only because Itachi is in Edo mode so he doesn't have to worry about the disease he had when he was alive that made him weak. Also, we'll probably find out soon which of the two is stronger^^.

Hmm... I'm still gonna say Madara. Although Tobi is a big problem, Madara isn't actually fighting the Kages with full power. So he has more up his sleeve.
That's what I think anyway.

I think Madara has more raw power than Tobi so I would put Madara above Tobi, although I don't think that Madara would be able to take on BM Naruto, Kakashi, Gai, and Killer Bee like Tobi is currently doing.
