I personally believe Danzo managed to steal his eye during KA's 10 year cooldown.

Uchiha Itachi showed multiple times that he was better while Sasuke has only used Susanoo and Amaterasu and with Madara only Susanoo​

Itachi by feats, portrayal and hype. Madara could be it also, but he has no ms feats, just the hype.

Obito can't beat ms itachi, madara, sasuke, shishui or probably izuna no matter what his wankers say. Itachi even said the guy was so weak he wasn't deserving of the uchiha name.

The strongest genjutsu belongs to Shisui. Itachi has variety and super weaons. Sasuke has enton skills Obito has those st eyes and madara well his jutsu ais unparralled only hashi could keep up. So they are all different Id say pretty equal all have unique skills. Now if all of them existed in the same age on one side theyd annihilate all oponents that stood in front of them.
