Who is the strongest Mizukage among the 2nd, 4th, and 5th?

In my opinion it's the 2nd Mizukage then Yagura and Mei last.

Yagura barley have any feats besides in et.

Trollkage genjustu will nullfied by acid mist because mei doesn't necessarily need to locate it to destroy it. Also Trollkage won't have the chance on hitting her without melting. The main reason why he losses is because mei probably without a doubt have info on her predecessors. While he doesn't have none on her.

Well it's between the 2nd and Yagura for me. I need to see more from Mei's KG before I put her that far (honestly her water jutsu seems more useful than them as of yet).

Yagura's hyped to be a perfect host, so that really gives him a needed boost. With knowledge I'm sure he can use AoE attacks with his Bijuu to negate the clam's mist and eventually find the 2nd Mizukage himself. If he's using Joki Boy at this point his main body's going to be weak and vulnerable. On the other hand, it also gives him an amazing offense. From what we saw in the manga, Deidara took out the Three-Tails with his clay explosions. So in reality Isobu may very well succumb to these bombardments... would be funny if the Trollkage got into a draw again >_>

Without knowledge it's even harder for Yagura. It's hard to tell because you may say that the 2nd didn't fight like he would out of ET's control. I'm sure we haven't seen everything from Yagura either, but I guess it's enough to have fun with a fight. This is also them against each other and not all around... I'd still have to factor that.

So 2nd Mizukage > Yagura > Mei (IMO) but it'd be a fun fight. In some cases, Mei might be of more use than the other two.

We dont even know the first or third mizukage, i guess that is another thing we wont get to see before the manga ends, i would guess the first mizukage, cause the first are usually the super strong one's lol

Yagura. He was obviously a skilled Kage level ninja. Add that to the fact that he was a Jinchuuriki.

Although we don't know much about Yagura-- except for the fact that he was the Jinchuuriki of the Sanbi --which can imply that he was powerful; he was still controlled by Obito throughout the course of his reign, so I have to go with the Second Mizukage on this one. He has some rather impressive feats.

Well here's my take on that....the Genjutsu presents a multitude of illusions if it desires.this means Mei would have to attack all directions, and even then unknown distances. At the same time, Trollkage can simply move his clam...or of needed de-summon it..

Also, it was noted during his fight that information was kept right on Kirigakure as noted when some of his own village members knew hardly anything on him. So I'd venture limited knowledge.

Finally, Joukie Boy and the water fun....acid mist would ironically hasten the infinite explosion. Movement is what boils the oil, but if he charges into a steaming mist he'd practically explode instantly....he'd then cool down, but hear up just instantly.

During that, Trollkage just has to stay back and spam water bullets.
