Mei has Lava and Mist Release can she defeat Garra sand speed the mist jutsu only works on close places or really close like if she could breath on your face and lava is a mid range attack and garra is long range and am sure it can defeat her and garra did stop raikage attack agains sasuke at full speed and strengh

I think garra is stronger than a remember when he stop a FULL STRENGH AND SPEED KICK that was going to kill him and sasuke so he most have gone full power if he know he could die

At close range the Raikage would destroy nearly all of Gaaras defense he'd be smashing it with such quick recession it would crack. The reason why the sand would of blocked the attack because Gaara knew the direction of the attack and also the Raikage was unaware of the interference. Although if they started apart Gaara would have a beter chance.
