Itachi can use amaterasu if he was serious and he can spam it without limits as he is an edo. kabuto don't stand a chance especially inside a closed arena against an edo itachi whose chakra and regeneration is limitless and no side effects.

EMS Sasuke is a good bet actually. I could see him rightfully struggling but being one of the few ninja who can defeat Manda II. But can he deal with Kabuto&5 MS users at once? Also considering Tayuya's style required Itachi's genjutsu to save him from?

I will continue to debate this until somebody proves me wrong. He's too simplistic a fighter and only has physical chopping attacks. No matter his durability or his speed his attacks are almost pointless against Kabuto who has literally 5 methods of defense against them.
