Did you know that Akira was the one who created Bills and made the movie and it takes place after the buu saga so it is considered canon ?
And I never said canon or no canon . Movie or no movie .
Just antagonist you dumb.

Go back to my post it said Omega Shenron who isn't DBZ cannon, nor did Akira Toriyama create him. Bills still isn't canon anyways. If your going to do a thread about the main antagonists at least make it about the antagonists that were a threat. Bills can't even be considered an antagonist since his intentions weren't evil to begin with.

And if you were going to add movies Weiss is much stronger than Bills. Bills has admitted this. Akira Toriyama stated that if SSG Goku is a 6, Bills is 10, and Weiss a 15 in terms of power scale. Still neither are antagonists.

Vegeta, he will always be on pair with Goku

This is a big fat NO! During the "Kid Buu Saga" Vageta already acknowledged that Goku is far beyond him. SSJ3 Goku>SSJ2 Vageta.

I think omega is stronger than bills but since he isn't apart of DBZ, I won't count him here..

I thought the strongest anatagonist was super-buu, the tall skinny one coz he ate not only the fat buu and Unleashed Gohan and other fighters too. But with all that said and done, Buu still had a soft-spot for Mr.Satan coz Fat Buu was apart of super-buu and kid-buu.
