Iruka and ebisu basically any jonin who hasn't showed a unique ability is fodder to me.

She'd have to move her body into her portal, which she wouldn't be able to do for two reasons:
1) Both Obito's and Kakashi's Kamui speed is way too fast. Kamui sniping a human (goddess about the size of a normal human) head would be nearly instantaneous. Naruto's base Rasengan is about the size of a human head, which Kakashi Kamui'd in what seemed to be at most two seconds.

2) Once the swirling of Kamui even begins, the victim can't move due to the suction. FTG is the only other S/T technique that could save someone (Minato or Tobirama) from Kamui thanks to its instant teleportation and no requirement to move one's body.

What if her head grows another body? Lmao

What speed feats? When did he destroy a meteor?

I remember Gated Lee destroying a part of a meteor by himself, but not Kiba. The only one who single-handedly destroyed one is Sasuke.

Yakushi Kabuto! To me that dude didn't seem like much but a smartass with alil skill bein a medic. But he turned out to play a major roll in the war arc by boosting Obito's army 10 fold with edo's & faced the doujutsu of the Uchiha, two of the best at the time.

I would have to say, Kurenai.
She is a Jonnin, and by hype one of the strongest (Non Uchiha) Genjutsu user.
Yet we never see anything of her, and she was one-shoted the only time we see her fight.
Tho, Kakashi had it pretty bad, too.
Sense it was Itachi they were fighting, so its hard to say.

Another good candidate for fodder reference would be Juugo.
He was displayed as a great menace when he was introduced, but I just don't see him beating ANY Jonnin level ninja.

It was during his canon novel. Also just check the statbooks, any of them really. Solid 5/5s if I remember rightly, that's basically it.
