Who is the strongest character in Naruto Shipuden?

overall - madara cuz so6- hasnt been seen so he dosnt count lol

madara, tobi, naruto, nagato, itachi, bee, sasuke, kisame, n jiraiya in that order ( trying not to mention dead people or characters we no are stronger, but havnt showed much so im excluding minato, hashirama etc. for now ) . Oro and 3rd raikage are honorable mensions as well, not to many characters could go head up with a tailed beast lik them . pretty sure i missed some people but yea thas basically the most of them

The strongest character in the whole of Naruto including Shippuden was Rikudou Sennin but currently now it is Madara Uchiha since he's been resurrected. He was and still is without any doubt the best of the Uchiha with the help of his younger brother of course. If it wasn't for Izuna allowing Madara to take his eyes, Madara would have never gotten so powerful. Sasuke is supposedly going to become the next Madara. Madara however is too strong. The only way he would be defeated would be if Tobi and Sasuke teamed up against him or if Hashirama Senju was somehow resurrected again.

Itachi; he's never lost to anyone and i've yet to see him be truly outmatched.

he failed to kill tobi so thats not a victory, and he may have intentionalyl lost to sasuke but he lost nonetheless. if you want to go down that road, nagato also ended his life unbeaten.

Currently the Sage of the Six paths is in first Then Minnato, then Kakashi If he would go all out, Why Kakashi you ask? He became a Jonin at the age of 13, he had Anbu Training and is more then qualified to become a Hokage, not to mention he was trained by Minnato. Then theres Naruto, once he unlocks the 9 tails power he shall Surpass Minnato but no one can surpass the Sage of Six Paths.

Kakashi- saved by guy twice, from kisame and itachi, then from five fully formed tailed beasts "Tailed Beast Balls" ... maybe when Guy was young, but now he surpasses Kakashi I beleive.

I think Tobi is the most strongest and the second is naruto. And we still don't know what power itachi gave to naruto so he can grow even stronger than earlier.
