IMO Tsunade is more intelligent then they... She is a medical ninja, who can create antidotes, S rank seals, etc.

That's because medicine is her field of specialization. If she couldn't do any of that, well she wouldn't be a medical nin.

Konan however successfully deciphered the nature of Tobi's jutsu and would of killed him if the Sharingan didn't have an endless abyss of abilities. If she had knowledge on Izagani, she would of found a different way to do so.

I mean she is smarter then the 70% of the girls in Naruto. Tsunade, Chiyo, Temari, Konan are obviously smarter than her.

Sakura was the first to realise Tobi's Phasing Jutsu & S/T Jutsu was the same Jutsu. Konan made a counter. Temari's been called a strategist and in a filler (not sure if you'll say it counts or not) created a clever strategy to get an enemy caught in Shadow Possession Jutsu using her fan and a nearby waterfall. These women have good intelligence feats.
