Who is the smartest in Naruto?

id give the hero spot to kakashi prob. it's said he's as smart as shikamaru which is smarter than his dad... so basically that states it.... the villan is prob itachi makeing all thoose plans for sasuke and having effects on the entire series without even doing anything major than beening awesome lolz

Kakashi? That was never stated as a fact, Naruto said it when he was bragging about Kakashi. He also said he had a better nose than Kiba and that Kakashi was better with the sharingan than Sasuke, and both of those things are ridiculous.

first of all it wasn't naruto who said it so that nullyfies your first argument. second of all kakashi wore better than kiba with his nose at that point he wore a freaking jounin and they wore genin third of all cmon your trying to tell me that at that point 2 tomoe sharingan sasuke can best 3 tomoe kakashi? come back with some decent arguments...

Naruto said that in Shippuden, which means that Sasuke has had 3-tomoe for 3 years, Kiba is a chunin, and more importantly Kiba is a tracker who operates through smell (because his family uses dogs), and Shikamaru is a chunin who leads his own squads.



How about these decent arguments? A simple apology will suffice, or if you will not do that maybe just admitting that you failed massively.

I'm pretty sure that Minato can be classified as a genius as well. His ability to instantly spot weaknesses in jutsus, how they were made, etc., along with his ability to come up with great strategies puts him right up there.

Orochimaru does have better intelligence feats but that is because he has been shown doing so many experiments, he is always trying to figure out ways to become the ultimate being.

i think these three are above Minato, and if your talking about the Tobi incident it doesnt take a genius to have figured Tobi's ablility. But he has I would put him in the top 5

Yeah I was just adding him to yours since he said hero and villain category.

He also figured out that Tobi is "Uchiha Madara" or at least that is who Tobi claimed he was for a long time and Minato figured it out.

not to dwn play Minato, but he make a fast assumtion of Tobi=Madara and I think anyone in that situation with knowledge of Madara would have assumed the same thing.

Btw i change my top smartest. Kabuto is the smartest, as he has shown intelligence on and off the battlesfield, as Oro gets besides himself and make simple errors ( the consequnce of being too smart for him own good).
