3-Konan
4-Hatake Kakashi

Now only one person foundout about Nagato's Visual link and chibaku
1-Uchiha Itachi

So now who is smarter? Itachi>minato
Why?, simple what took minato a whole encounter with obito, try and error, itachi found about nagato in a Blink.

Well, neither of them new much about itachi.
Don't forget Itachi was made head of the ANBU when he was only 13. You would have to be pretty smart for that.

i dont know why people thinks being a anbu captain was so cool lol. kabuto when he was a genin stated that he can kill 10 anbu.

They r both extremely smart but I have to go with minato, the way found out a way to hit tobi was some op sh!t and look how he planned for the future in that instant he knew naruto was fins be the savior so he put half of nine tails chakra in him and he sealed his own chakra in him so he can see him in the future and he even saved kushina's chakra in him so she can help him control the kyubi and he did all of that in few mins, now that's what I call a yellow flash
Don't get me wrong itachi has shown some amazing feats.
They r about same imo but minato gets the edge here.
