I think its sasuke with EMS cos he was able to hold his own against itachi with a normal sharringan sasuke would fry obito woth his EMS and we don't know yet if obito can either do susanoo or amaterasu and with EMS sasuke's susanoo has bcome incredibly strong probably sure its sasuke with Ems then obito
