Neji is definitely strong but I don't know .... in the war he isn't getting cover time like choji and shika and naruto

Well i think i would go with Shikamaru... yea Chōji and Lee are strong, but i haven't really saw any battle tactics from them... and Neji... he is good but i find him a little limited...
