Where did they say it was a Demoness or say that the Reaper was a female?

The Shinigami Mask representing the Reaper is a Hannya Mask:

All Hannya Demons are female, there are no male counterparts:

I just did some looking into this, they made masks of all Oni, not just Hannya. They just used the Hannya ones in the theatre setting. And I'm sure you know that Oni is not a gender specific term.

No, the Shinigami Mask is a Hannya Mask, the design is 100% Hannya with the gaping mouth and the eyes, the Reaper is a Hannya Demon, anyone in Japan or a knowledge of its culture will tell you that.

It's speculation on your part, based on factual evidence you concluded who it was without it being official. Kishimoto is known for twisting things, so don't be surprised if it isn't Kaguya.

It is a substantiated hypothesis, and painfully obvious too.

Kaguya, Uzumaki, and the RDS are way too obvious. They resemble each other by a lot. I wouldn't be too surprised if they were really connected.

Now, not only because Im a solid Byakugan fan, I've been trying to relate it to the Byakugan. You know, with Kaguya's eyes seem todepict thatof a Byakugan's appearance.
Now Im pondering that in that olden time, Byakugan wasnt really used for Juuken. I think it's just some kind of genetic trait some Uzumaki or Hyuuga possessed. Juuken was just then devised, together with ninjutsu and other combat styles as the war sparked. Those who have Byakugan then formed their own clan, their unique combat style and clan organisation.

Even if it has to be a female, that doesn't prove that it is Kaguya. Like you said, you have your hypothesis.

Since you are saying it was her and the Hannya mask is a woman who is transformed because of her obsessions or jealousy, what could possibly make her transform? She ruled over many people, had them worship her, her sons even fought the Juubi to atone for her sins. It doesn't seem painfully obvious to me...

Completely plausible. I could definitely see that happening.

Interesting theory, very nice. Although I believe the RDS is Kaguya still.

Also Sir Derp Obito seems right

It's so obvious, Kaguya was a vicious woman and people worshiped her in fear, and just look how vicious the Reaper is:

Why would the Sage's brother, who tried to atone for her mother's sins, end up in an accursed state like the Reaper? isn't it more logical that the sinner (Kaguya) ended up becoming the Death God?

Yeah, I see his point about the Hannya demons all being female so that shuts my whole part about the brother being him out. But I still challenge whether or not it is Kaguya.

She may have been a vicious person, but she still could have stayed human. All Kannya are vicious women but not all vicious women are Kannya.

I already withdrew my stance on the brother being the Reaper. But ignoring the Kannya argument, and if what Black Zetsu said was true, then the brother could have been overcome with jealousy and hatred for his brother for awakening the Rinnegan and surpassing him. So he may have turned against him. That was my speculation from the original post.

My friend more or less had the same theory in mind lol. I can agree, at least that it's a possibility.

Nice job. Threads around here are going to get very interesting over the next couple of weeks. So many theories riding on these chapters, so many new theories being birthed, and so many interpretations being tossed around.

Many members had to go on the move to protect/alter/create their theories. This week's chapter was the most influential since the Obito reveal in my opinion. Anyways, I've seen quite a few good theories arising from this, yours being one of them.

Thank you very much! I agree that a lot of potential for theories around here has spiked due to 670 and I'm excited to see where they go.

I've read your theory about Kaguya being the Death God herself. It pretty convinces me. That's the Uzumaki COnnection. Yes. The Uzumaki seem to be the mother clan.

***There's the Chakra Circulatory System.
If it is safe to assume that this like the blood circulatory system, then everyone has chakra already in their bodies.
Im pondering that the chakra Kaguya gained is just another special chakra. Now this special chakra, I will say is restricted to her bloodline.

Bkack zetsu's information comes from madara who himself is ill-informed about the sage's life, so i dont see what importance his statement holds
