who is the real villain in naruto(no tail beast)

in naruto most of the villains in naruto have a bad past or something happen to them that change them the only one i could think of is orochimaru(nothing to say we all know about him), mizuki(weak but a villain),hidan(i think he is half villain and half not cause he kill for his god unlike other they just do it),kakuzu(he takes heart of people),sound 4(from what we have seen from them),DANZO(f....up everyone life like sasuke,itachi,kabuto,nagato,yahiko, blamed everything thing on jiraiya for what pain did to the village when it was him who created pain, and many more that we didnt hear about and most importantly I DONT LIKE HIM AT ALL) and i know i miss alot more but u have to get is that most of the villain have a tragic or some thing ba happened in there life and they couldnt control their self like the uchiha's(from what we know from the past few chap..) and many others

Actually Kakuzu was royally screwed by his village. He was given the task to assassinate Hashirama, and despite attempting it (note that this was before he got Earth Grudge Fear), and barely escaping alive, his village (Takigakure) imprisioned him and looked down on him for his failure. So him going basically renegade and only trusting money makes sense.

Anyhow I think you're right on the rest! Unless you want to argue that the Sound Four were being manipulated, but I wouldn't say so.

Orochimaru has always been the "real" villain, though Madara I guess was the first known villain (minus the Jubi, which I do not count since it cannot control its actions). Kakuzu was betrayed, but his actions were more revenge motivated, and since then it appears he "just" worked as a banker for Akatsuki. I am probably missing a bunch of other minor villains, but as far as "real" not too many.
