Itachi isn't ANYWHERE near Hidan/Sasori for 1 shotting. His 1 shot attacks either destroy his eyes or kill him with exhaustion.
A one shot king should be able to 1 shot many people, not just 1 and then loose the ability to do so,
So Itachi CANNOT be the 1 shot king, or the solo king.
