Who is the next Hokage?

who do you think who has ever since the beginning of the show wanted to become hokage and wanted to get stronger so he could become hokage naruto thats who naruto will be hokage or die trying

Most likely naruto, for obvious reasons such as his kage level power and it was always his dream. Can't really see kakashi wanting it because he barely wanted it when tsunade was unconcious and idk if tsunade will live through this.

It's probably going to be Naruto... even if it doesn't make any sense because he's much too young and unable to handle all the paper work and responsibilities in running a village. But he's the main character, and super over powered, so he can probably do whatever he wants.

the obvious choice would be Naruto but Shikmaru would make a good hokage along with a few others like Konohamaru & Kakshi etc

as for Itachi well maybe if things where different and he was not forced to kill his clan.

Konohamaru is way to young.

I think Naruto won't become hokage.
He will be the new sage of the 6 path, and watch over the nations. But the nations can't become one, because their politics doesn't depend on the shinobi's. The ninjs are just a stronger forms of military, for the Feudal Lords. the hidden villages can influence them, but can't decide selfish...

Here's what i believe.Kakashi gets offered the post of Hokage but he decides to be an interim Hokage untill Naruto acquires it at the end of the series.
