Unique as far as what? Abilities? If we're going by that, I'd say Deidara. The guy uses his hand-mouths to make bombs that can range from many different shapes and sizes - pretty original if you ask me. Especially the ones that are microscopic and blow you up from a molecular level I loved that shit.
