Who do you guys think is the most underrated character?

Not so much who is always cast aside as weaker than others but who just isnt mention enough when we talk about strong shinobi.

My vote is Kimimaro
-He was Orochimarus first choice as a vessle over Sasuke
- He had excellent control over the curse mark
-he still technically hasnt been defeated
-he would have beat Rock Lee and Garra if he hadnt died due to his sickness

Got to agree with the aboves! Neji and Rock Lee were monsters in part one and they have been cast aside ever since! Wish I could say Hinata.....buuuuut she isn't really underrated in terms of strength. Like many other characters have just been cast out of the story for the sake of Naruto and Sasuke oh well ^.^

i have no idea what the first part of that means, but i concur with the second, assuming hiashi is stronger than neji, if not, neji could beat here, i mean part one kabuto came REALLY close. all she has is her strength, mitotic, and katsuya. imo, she is the weakest current kage, weakest hokage, and weakest sannin. if anyone would like to contest this, please try.

OT, i think choji, he may have sucked in part one, but in part two, he got a LOT better, and is one of the strongest k10, imo.
