in part 1,i would have to say oro.xd

in part 2,i am confused because lots of ugly characters have come around!so,it's hard to decide.

although there are characters like oonoki,kisame,ibiki and even oro,the title of the most ugly character goes to "sm kabuto".there are only a few characters who compare to the ugliness of sm kabuto.xd
