Its easy to say itachi on 1st glance & I have to say he is overall the greatest uchiha but he had the most guidance next to obito so this takes away from his overall natural talent


I say sasuke madara grew up with a father & 4 brothers in a time which young kids were skilled shinobi fighting adults basically every mission was life or death
Sasuke got all his training from a kid itachi and the basics u get in the academy but still managed to be on par with both uchiha

Sasuke has it all i think : when serious he can analyse and plan ahead like itachi, he's possibly on the same level as non edo madara and super quick learner with a cool /calm attitude like obito.

Sasuke is - by faaar the most genius Uchiha.

Itachi may be the smartest. Madara just had EMS, we don't know much of his talents. However,

Sasuke developed jutsu like Kirin. He can see through any genjutsu. He has developed better ninjutsu through MS than Itachi could (neglecting tsukuyomi, Itachi was just superior in genjutsu, but Sasuke could still counter it).

By any means, Sasuke is the most brilliant of the 3, when it comes to ninjutsu. He perfected 2 chakra natures at the age of 12. It says enough U_U Ita takes it regarding knowledge, Hiru confirmed that.

Madara probably takes in terms of raw strength and knowledge, but he is incomparable to those 2, since he lived a lot longer and in a different time. Comparing by age, from what we saw, he is not like them, but of course did not live in a time, where you had time to sit around and gather knowledge and learn jutsu.
