Zetsu is the most strange one in my opinion. I mean what the hell? He's a walking plant that eats human bodies O_O The first time I saw him, I was creeped out by his appearance - and that was before he started eating that ninja

Yeah, we're gonna need some background info on him before this whole thing is over. Same with Kisame, cause that's another half-human looking freak of nature in Naruto.

Mine would be the obvious ones - Orochimaru, Zetsu as you said, Shino, probably Sai and Guy, too. Kisame's definitely weird "looking", but not really strange. I'd have said Kabuto before, but I'm kinda thinkin' otherwise after seeing all these flashbacks.
