and seriously, to everyone saying death note is the strongest, what's the strongest being death note has actually killed? In dragon ball, if you ask shenron to kill someone, that person instantly dies as long as they are weaker than the dragon. If they aren't, then nothing happens. What suggests death note works on anyone regardless of how powerful they are?
