Who is the most overrated ninja?

[Jman1997]

Naruto, tsunade, sometimes sakura

[Izuna Kakashi Senju]

Itachi,Sasuke and Minato

[Defence]

Sasuke for me. reason being he defeated oro and itachi but when we all know neither were close to their best. Itachi was already ill and oro had his hands sealed.
