Who is the most hated Minor anime character?

I would have to say Shou Tucker from FMAB. Who the f--k fuses his own daughter with a dog in order to become a Chimera so he can pass a stupid test. Shou Tucker is lucky to be a fictional character, otherwise I would be lucky to beat the f--k out of him.
