The end goal for Madara+Obito is a form of 'peace', so they should be out. I say (evil+tall) Buu from DBZ, he's a d*** for no specific reason.

I think obito because hes really close to getting all the tailed beasts and he was the leader of all the akatsuki. Those guys are some bad ass mother ****ers. and plus obito is really hard to kill. And plus if you say madara; madara said "your just like me" to obito. That says a lot.

imo it's between Orochimaru or OP's Doflamingo. the first experiments on people, sacrifices them and can paralyse you just with his killing intent. The second kills makes people kill each other for sport, sells them as slaves and revels in wars and pain.

You fool! Frieza ruled the universe for such a long time destroying so many Planets with one finger. No other villain ruled more than him he was the most famous. Frieza was feared by everyone. He was untouchable in his time. He still wanted to be immortal even though know one could even touch him kid. Frieza just relishes death and destruction.
