Who is the most Broken Storm 4 Char?

To me, Shisui's speed, Combo Cancel, and Jutsu make him ridiculously OP when paired together. He's like an Awakened Edo Minato.

Kaguya is meh to play with. Shisui is like the guy you meet online and destroys you without touching him. He is too ****ing strong. Let's be honest Minato is THE perfect character to kill with quick, or Rock lee or you know those who hit fast. Shisui is maybe better than them. He is by far the best to play with next to Minato.

Is she really? I heard she had a pretty good tilt, which is about the only thing the Shisui doesn't stomp every other character in.

Kaguya is too slow to compete with most of the higher end characters, and her dimension shift doesn't really help you out as much as to change your combos.

Shisui, probably. If I ever play with him, it's not because he's OP but because his ultimate with Itachi, his combos, his jutsu are all f*cking beautiful. Such a great character.

Still, if I'm ever being outmatched in combos I try to play differently, using a different combo usually works for me. I've never played Storm 4 online though since I'm still going for trophies.

Shisui is not broken, obito (6 paths), and the last sasuke are. (from the pov of a player with 90% winrate)

Imo sarada: close-long range combos, jutsu + UJ dont and put her in water lol

Shishui is next with limbo awakening madara pretty haxx but I took him kaguya, obito (sage) with sarada boruto, neji..

Danzo still has broken tilt+ ninjutsu spam ability lol

She throws shuriken in her combo like naruto and her combos do sooo much damage fast.

I haven't tried Shisui, but Madara (ten-tails) has some ridiculous moves during Awakening. Also, Obito as a support character is ridiculously insane too.

I still have to experiment with the game a bit more, however.

Boruto and his curving Rasengan thingie is the best support I could ask for.

Also, Kaguya's move cancel is OP if you cancel from neutral to down combo. Oh and Shisui is still my best, he doesn't really have any changes but I make use of his body flicker like it was teleportation <-- not a word I know, xD.

But most broken definitely goes to awakened Rikoudo Madara.
