itachi and kisame win this hands down. they walked into the leaf village by themselves and made it out alive. we also can't overlook kisame's death. he went out like a true boss

I think it can only be Tobi, even though hes not my favourite character look at how much devastation he's caused without even doing alot of fighting.

Itachi by far, u cant deny he has swagg without hating. 2nd goes to minato for challenging the fox or kisame for dying the way he did. HE DIED BETTER THAN SCARFACE!
