Yes. Sharingan is a Dojutsu. Kakashi was given the sharingan by an Uchiha. Sasuke was given Chidori/Raiton by Kakashi. He spams Chidori/Raiton techniques yet still goes and tells Kakashi that he can't use sharingan. Ungrateful.

Sasuke has always been ungrateful when it comes to receiving power ups.He did'nt even thank Itachi for his eyes and simply took them because he wanted power.

Exactly, Madara also admitted his failures and was always vocal about the fact that Hashirama was stronger than him and more importantly he was never jealous of Hashirama, he saw his a rival but there never really was a hint of jealousy! Sasuke however is arrogant AF not only when it's related with Naruto but with others as well! Madara was at least the second best!!
