The fact that we have NB movements in Dressrosa which means that they were't stopped after FMI remains unchanged.

No one said that there no NB's after FI. People are saying there's no over the top ones. It only got overused during the FI arc, with the mermaid shaped NB. I'm assuming the OP said it takes away from the chapter when we had those huge panels dedicated to a NB.
