nope madara had already given his rinnegan to nagato for the sole purpose of coming back and obito wasn't there when he did that . .thats y he created zetsu in first place . .he wanted zetsu to contact nagato at later point of time and convince him to revive madara. .he replaced zetsu with obito to make sure he would never fail. .
