Who is the leader of team 10?

With Asuma dead, they don't have a clearcut leader at this point. Ino and Shikamaru both seem to be the candidates. They both seem to take turns being the leader, Ino is the more vocal one and seems far more motivated, but Shikamaru is clearly the wiser and the team looks up to him for strategy. But during the fight on the beach when Choji gained confidence, he started leading the charge too. Choji is the strongest fighter on the team. So who is the leader?

Their team was already broken up...all 3 members became chuunins...

I guess I mean the Ino-Shika-Cho team, as it seems those 3 will always be used in a unit due to their special chemistry with each other, they are more effective together.

The team was technically broken up. Thats why you see the team split up in certain missions. They are all Chunin, they don't need a teacher anymore.

The team leader of squad 10 is vacant, I presume after Asuma death. However, Kakashi filled the position later on. I would also assume his position is only temporary.

They are no longer a team. they're just Chunin's now.

If they stick together, Shikamaru would definately lead. He is the smartest and by default is leading xD

The one to take charge would be Shikamaru. He took charge during the Hidan and Kakuzu arc so I imagine he is the defacto leader, but they all work as a team so it doesn't matter.
