Kabuto as a Medical ninja may save sasuke

yeah and after that : what will he do ?? there must be someone , that not only will save sasuke, but will help on defeating Madara as well . and Kabuto has nothing that can Do something to Madara ( even that he summoned Maddy, or made some stuff on his Body).
