TBH I say Kankuro, the general of the commando division. I think he has showed some serious leader potential and has really come into his own in the war.

Yeah Kankuro has come a long way since part 1 and early Shippuden. He used to be very wreck less and arrogant but now he is much wiser and a good leader.

Gaara. Did you hear that speech?? Kakashi has been a game changer as well.

kakuro is a captain :sy: and darui has had his fair share of victories and battles so far
