Probably Spiderman on account that he has both internal and external conflict that most anime heroes lack. He is very mentally balanced.

Next up I would say Saitama. He's pretty relatable and he has the power to protect with ease. Not a tryhard badass either which helps.

Naruto is an amazing hero as well, if you can forgive the beyond shitty story of the whole thing.

I would say that's it. A true hero is able to put mind over matter and not act on impulse for those closest to them but act in the favor of those without power, and actually delivers results while being a generally good person.

But his Saiyan selfishness consumed him and he forgot what kid Buu did to planet earth and all human including his friend. He and Vegeta nearly lost the fight with Buu. You see. I was talking the time when they fought Kid Buu and not after that. Sure Goku is stronger than Kid Buu after that arc end.

Yes Goku showed his saiyan trait but that doesn't make him a bad hero u can't name one hero who doesn't show fighting pride . And yes Goku said Vegeta wouldn't fuse but look at how Vegeta acted the first time Goku asked him why go thru the same thing and if he himself feels he wants to fight without fusion he knows Vegeta who has more saiyan pride would refuse even more it's using common sense . And super buu wasn't that far apart from kid buu in power but what made him dangerous was his smarts .making him more of a threat in a way . Goku sensed kid buus power and felt he could fight on par with him which he could no doubt but the problem was kid buu doesn't tire Goku had no way of knowing this so he didn't knowingly put earth everyone in danger besides every one was dead anyway so what is u argument anyway lol

My further point to this matter is if they failed to kill kid buu and die(Yes Vegeta get wrecked very hard by Kid Buu without question and Goku nearly failed to kill kid buu bcus his Ki became lower plus injury).

If not for Namek people, and Kai involvement to use Dragon Ball, Goku and Vegeta can say good bye first and then the whole galaxy.

It was not Goku or Vegeta solely that defeating kid buu here but other people also(Satan, Fat Buu etc). If they(Goku and Vegeta) not arrogant or selfish and went with fusion, Job would done earlier.

You need to see the consequence of action here, Goku need to think about consequence here if he failed to kill Kid Buu and get kill instead. He went away from savior or hero mentality here. Hero should not do that and put living thing that still alive(Namekian, Yadract, etc)in jeopardy. That was my argument here.

He was the first superhero to have those powers, so he's not unoriginal.
