How did he save the world but stopping a revolt but the uchiha would have been killed anyway by itachi doing it he could save his brother and then he broke Edo tensei but still failed to stop the main threat so really he didn't save the world just helped a little but it's balanced by the fact he helped gather the tailed beast dumb ass troll

You didn't say who was the strongest, you asked who was the best but I suggest you do your research.

1). Batman's suit repels magic, stops bullets, protected his his body against a full on hit from Wonder Woman and shielded him from radiation.

According to a discussion I just listened to on YouTube, Akira Toriyama stated in an interview shortly after DBZ ended that he was upset and disappointed with the portrayal of Goku in the anime. According to Toriyama, he never intended for Goku to be a righteous hero. Toriyama intended for Goku to be a selfish and self-centered man who really only cared about fighting. Goku does not primarily fight for others, he fights mostly for his own enjoyment. The reason he does so many questionable things throughout the series and endangers the lives of his friends and family is because he puts himself before them. Goku, or the manga portrayal of him at least, was never meant to be a good person nor a role model.

I guess I couldn’t quite get them to grasp the elements of “poison” that slip in and out of sight among the shadows.

I'll go by that cell games fight alone. Goku pitted his son against a dude who threatened to destroy Earth. Just because he felt he could never really win. If you observe Goku's character fully he never cared about anything else but fighting. He was never ment to be a hero that protects Earth for the sake of protecting it.
