Well what's your definition of "good" here? Do you mean which villain is playing the best villain role? or which of those villains have the most humanity left in them? As for the best role of a villain I'd say Madara, to me I honestly think he doesn't have that one factor/person that even shows us that he has some good humanistic traits. For Sasuke it's Itachi, for Obito its Rin, Kabuto its his Mom etc. For Madara that factor might just be destruction. & For the most humanistic villain I'd say Obito for some reason it just feels like he'd be the easiest to influence, maybe not to switch sides entirely but to second guess his actions and agenda.

Orochimaru is handsdown the best badguy in the entire Naruto series. I found I liked him even more when he stated how it wasn't his war so why would he get involved? OMG that was his best line.
