Reasons:

- We heard of a power level even above Jubi's Jinchuriki, above Rikudo himself, his mother. We are in a shonen. The final villains are always the strongest opponents.

Now that there are so many people above Madara, it's impossible for him to remain the villain. Another reason is the foreshadow around Sasuke surpassing him or him not totally dark(according to Hashirama), so he would most likely get tnj like Obito, sadly and maybe join forces to fight the real villain of the manga

It started with her, so it should end with her. She also is the first who actually used chakra to dominate everything, so she should be defeated in order to show a peaceful world without violence

It's possible Hagomoro's brother could also be the final villain though. As for Sasuke, i think he will have his final fight against Naruto but without actually being the final villain

I hope you realize the manga is near end. Its going to take some more chapters in order to take out Madara. Kishimoto isn't going to make another villain considering he is going to end the manga this year. Kagyua will remain a mythical hype. Sasuke is the final antagonist of the series. And Orochimaru wont do anything anymore, putting him out of the option of final villain.

Madara is and will be final villain.

Kishimoto had already talked about the Juubi's story pretty much explained by Rikudou and Madara. Sasuke will be explained at the very end against his fight with Naruto. Also, Sasuke is antagonist.
