people dead before they know it? Is it Kakashi, Lee, Gai, Sasuke,a Hokage so who could it

the fastest ninja in naruto is 4th hokage. he was called "konoha's yellow flash" for a reason people LOL. he was so fast that his normal speed is similar to that of a yellow streak of light, faster than the human eye can follow.

and for the record, when it comes to madara's space/time jutsu being more advanced than minato's, this is true to some extent. i'm posting a thread about it soon in the naruto manga section.

The quickest ninja would be the 4th or Uchiha Madara.

I hope this solves your answer. The quickest (physically) ninja is probably Gai.

nah quickest most agile is sasuke fourth could teleport and travel across far distances... he wasnt agile or fast and had good reflexes at least it hasent been confirmed or even hinted at.... so sasuke... everyone pisses themselfs when sasuke moves fast

indeed i would vote the Sharigan user's because thanks to sharigan they can predict their moves and move evne faster to defend themselfs without after the whole uchiha clan and those who transfered a sharigan to them i would vote Gai

if i remem correctly the only reason sasukes fast is cause oro gave him pills or he used a forbbiden technique on him
