Who is the coolest shinobi?

I think I will put 5 coolest shinobi, number 1-5.


1. Minato
2. Kakashi
3. Sasuke
4. Gaara
5. Jiraiya ( just kidding, he is probably around number 50 ) number 5 is Neji

I want to put Yahiko and Itachi on number 5, but I think Neji is cooler.

What is your opinion? give me a full reason and why.
