Everyone is, there are people who find ways to spam with people that wasnt possible in storm 2 or generations. Mainly Pain's chakra shuriken. Also they never fixed the problem with deidara and the others, in my opinion they mqde them worse.

EMS Sasuke + Gaara (Guard) and Kimimaru (Guard) Is what I use.

And it's cheap as hell.

Fuu takes the cake. Once she awakens you can't touch her. Ground combos won't connect and your air combo doesn't do much damage and you don't get to finish it. Also, since she has a big awakening, you sub right in front of her. She is untouchable; it doesn't help that her TBB(all of them are the same) is almost impossible to dodge. I forgot to add that her regular ninjutsu in awakening is OP and has a huge range.

Edit: With supports, having Nagato and Pain is pretty OP. Two Almighty Pushes is like having 2 extra subs.
