Ino Yamanaka. Most useless kunoichi of the war and probably in the whole story. Even Ten-Ten for crying out loud used the Bashosen (Banana Pam Fan) during a battle in the Fourth Ninja World War!

She has no natural talent in medical ninjutsu, doesn't have awesome, decent jutsus. No character development so far.
