Who is the better sensei?_ kakshi or Iruka?

Personally i think either one has redeeming qualities and both had various impacts on all their students, especially Naruto. Its a hard one to actually decide apon_ soo any suggestions??

As i teacher i say Kakashi.
Iruka acknowledged Naruto (i can't say that's not important) but Kakashi did more in terms of training. Passing down the most important aspects of a ninja.

Iruka. 'Cause if he weren't there for Naruto then the person trying to destrox Konoha would've been Naruto not sasuke.

If we're talking about their skills as a teacher, well. Like one of the others said, Iruka is better academy teacher since his training methods aren't as cruel. And kakashi teachers Better ninja skills since he's a more advanced teacher.
Now if were talking skill-wise. Kakashi is well. about a million times stronger then iruka.
