Vegeta, he is showing more care now than he ever did before, just look at the recent episodes:
Staying home with bulma cause of the baby
Doing the tournament cause of his family
His wish consist on resuracting Cabba and the others cause he wants the saiyans to live on.
As for Goku, well lol. He is a complete Joke
