Sasuke uses his sword with great speed, and yes, it does kind of make him cooler, although I'd prefer him using Taijutsu.

Bee's pretty good with it too, he's great at handling them.

Suigetsu's alright, but he needs practice.

I'd say Mifne's the best though.
