Who is the best water style user in your opinion

Out of these five, who do you think most effectively uses water style? (I am not talking about the strongest person.)

Hashirama Senju

To use wood style one must be able to use both water and earth style.

He can't use wood style, so he must of been really good with his water style.

Has proven himself as a true shark-man-thing.
