Mangetsu imo is the best since he mastered all 7 swords. Killer B and Mifune are up there. Sasuke could beat all 3 in a sword fight but in my opinion the other 3 have better skill/technique.

Hey dumbass, can B use his sword skills against JJ Madara ? No he can't therefore he isn't the better swordsman. You're too buthurt to recognize skills aren't the only important factor, Sasuke's speed, agility and pre-cog give him every advantage in a sword fight.

Except you ignore the fact Sasuke wasn't fully recovered form his fight with Itachi and the fact he has had major power boosts since then.
